EMMETT WILLIAMS - PRESIDENT

After a decade in television at ABC, Discovery Channel, and TLC amongst others, award winning producer and writer Emmett Williams decided it was time to tell stories he wished were being told. Since then he’s produced dozens of documentaries, web series, podcasts and films for nonprofits around the world. With an eye towards social justice and through an activist lens he has provided a platform for grieving mothers in Brazil to tell their story, produced a web series about climate change throughout Africa, portrayed dying fishing communities in Alaska, documented illegal logging activities in the Amazon, produced a Black Lives Matter web series one year after Ferguson, and filmed political protests everywhere from Standing Rock to Washington, DC.

Currently, Emmett is traveling around the country screening his latest documentary, SISTER DOULA.
